Honest Reviews: Success!

This is just a quick message to thank you all for your response to this new blog. Although still in it's infancy, it is gaining momentum very quickly.

I have received tons of Emails already - which I can't really believe myself!! - and I'm hard at work trying my best to dig through them all and reply to you good people, as soon as possible.

keep the Emails coming! And feel free to add comments too (we only have a few of those....I'd like to see more!)

I'll be building more and more content - as soon I've dealt with the some of the Emails......;)

To start you off, I'll be adding my most recommended products and resources that have been helpful to me......all of which I have purchased and used personaly. I never write reveiws on stuff I've never tried..........it's not good for the reputation......;)

Let’s Talk About..... Me!

First things first. I don't want to bore you with personal details about myself and overrated claims of success and failure. I'm not going to use this space to publish fake checks, showing “the thousands of dollars in profits” I've made from doing absolutely nothing....because… “It's so easy anyone can do it” …….. once you’ve bought my little book of “secrets” and made me rich……….

What would be the point in wasting your time? We both know it would most probably be a load of recycled information that you already know, and could most probably have acquired for free anyway. Plus, there are already more than enough internet “gurus” out there who dominate that market and have become “millionaires” as a result of their Jedi-like infopreneur skills.

All I'll say is that I have always had a good scam spotting eye and ear, but I also have a highly active sense of curiosity as well as a high pain threshold when it comes to taking risks with investments….. “You've got to be in it to win it!” That’s my philosophy - if I think an investment is worth it- and after putting it through my excruciatingly rigorous and at times, slightly obsessive, research and due diligence you understand……. ;)

I've been lucky to have only been burned a couple of times in the past and have learnt well from my mistakes. Without parting with most of my life savings.

I've done a hell of a lot of research on the subject of making money online -and actually in every other way I could find too (all legal) if it meant working for myself and not having to answer to anyone. I've also purchased tons of products online and/or found ways to acquire said products, very cheaply or even better, for free. Hours spent downloading and buying this season's must have Ebook that will change my life, make me a millionaire, breakfast, walk the dog at the same time………..etc

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate those of you that decided to stay. I know I've probably lost a few readers already, after my shameless experiment with the dramatic Get Rich While You Sleep headline. Those readers, who are, how I once were - waiting to have all my problems explained to me and instantly taken away by some successful mentor.... with a flash of my credit card on a secure order page.

For those that remain..... we'll move on to the meat and potatoes of what this project is all about.

“WHO PUT THIS THING TOGETHER? ME....THAT'S WHO.....!”

The reason I decided to put this project- as I'm now calling it- together, is because I'd like to share my experiences, good and bad, with you. So you don't have to go through all the years of anxiety and wasted dollars. If I can help just a handful of honest hard working people (us) spend their hard earned cash wisely, to help improve their lives and the lives of their family - without having a carrot endlessly dangled in front of them- then that would make me very happy.

Besides…… I also have a bit of free time on my hands these days ;)

I know that might sound fake or a bit cheesy. But it's the honest truth. I believe things are getting a little bit crazy in the internet sales world. Life is hard enough already. Why rub salt into the wounds? And I don't know about you, but I got a bit sick of reading the sales pages of the guy's who rubbed their money and fantasy lives in my face. Especially when I was buying their stuff and never getting close to what they promised or “guaranteed” (another word they love to use a lot).

Of course, I'm not trying to attack everyone who operates a business online, selling information products and suggesting they are scam artists and out to rob us. I'm just trying to highlight the fact that there are a lot out there. More bad and misleading ones than good.

This project has been set up to hopefully protect you from making the wrong decisions. If we all stick together we can consolidate our knowledge and use it as leverage, to save a whole lot of pain. With pleasure also comes pain. The internet is a wonderful thing, but as you know, it has also brought with it spam, scams and fraudsters.

Scams And Fakes

On the subject of fraudsters, I mean, why should you trust me for instance? You can take my honest statement from the previous paragraph or leave it. Why should I be considered any different from the people I'm commenting on? I don't blame you for feeling this way, you don't even know me and I know just how good the big sellers out there really are. They can make us believe anything that comes out of there mouth is the honest truth. That's their job. It's why they earn the money they do.

Scam Shield

It's my job to hopefully provide you with a safety net. Or actually, not even a net. We don't want it to go that far! More like an anti-virus shield. So you have an unbiased comrade on your side. Someone who's been there, done it and has bought all the t-shirts (all way too small and tattered by now I might add).

It would be nice to have the facility of a service, where you can check things out first, before taking the plunge and parting with your cash. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the reason why I put this thing together.

Like I said, yes, there are hundreds of review sites and forums out there.....but how do you know who’s providing good information, honest reviews and advice? Or who’s just out to make a quick buck? I’ve spent a long time looking around and haven’t really found a good community operated site. One that lets the people run the show…….with only a little sprinkling of golden nuggets from yours truly…..

Time For The Facts....

I just did a quick search on Google with a few context related key words. I also used my own resources and tools that I use for my other Websites - to provide a “real supply” figure. To show how big the supply and competition really is.

It’s amazing you even made it here and found my puny little blog site – after viewing those stats!

As you can see, the keywords are highly competitive and there is tons of information available for our keywords. It was particularly interesting to see the figures for affiliate program information available – 67,700,000 and 497,113 websites baying for your attention!

So it could kind of loosely give us an approximation of how many “review” sites are out there. Remember, the real supply figures are only related to the keyword “affiliate program” mentioned in the website content. How many website owners are involved in these programs and are sucking us in with lame website content, only to drop us of at their shopping cart?

If they did a good job of providing a service and/or information it wouldn’t be so bad. Unfortunately, it seems those websites are becoming few and far between. I’ll let you decide…….

CONCLUSION

And so, time to wrap things up. With the help of the public I hope this site will soon:

· Become a valuable tool for providing lots of quality, valuable, free content, tools and resources, for the people that really need it.

· Connect a large community that can share experiences, strategies and provide positive, honest and constructive advice.

· Put the public in charge of rating and reviewing honest, effective, tried and tested products and strategies……NOT an internet marketing Guru. This way everything will be unbiased and verifiable.

· Provide real protection from scams and unrealistic time wasting programs

· Consolidate in demand info in one place. To prevent people getting lost and sidetracked in multiple forums and Websites– spending hours surfing and possibly leaving un motivated, confused and disheartened. From unhelpful, negative comments and discussions.

· And a whole lot more………

As I mentioned before, I know there are hundreds of other forums and websites you could use instead…..I know, cos I’m a member of them all too……. :)

However, one more wont hurt……will it? It’s FREE after all. And Perhaps together we can make this into something big…..bigger than just another blog lost among millions of pages of useless junk and hype in cyberspace……..something different from the rest……

The best way to provide people with what they need is to listen to them… and then……give it to them! A lot of websites forget this simple rule sometimes I think.
